About the event
Gather in community with other wellness seekers to share in an individual and collective healing experience aided by the sacred plant medicine of cacao (raw chocolate). We will open the circle’s healing space, and indulge in a warm, earthy cup of cacao to appreciate and revere the sacred plant medicine, followed by a breath journey and meditation. Emerge with a renewed connection to yourself and others.
Cacao is the purest form of chocolate that enhances your connection to the heart. Known as “food of the gods,” cacao is non-euphoric, full of natural compounds that elevate your mood and promote feelings of joy, contentment, and even bliss.

Bring a yoga mat, pillows, and yummy blankets for comfort, a journal (optional), water (optional). Includes a special gift designed to reconnect you with your heart’s intention and your healing experience in ceremony.
Ceremony doors open 15 minutes prior to start. We encourage you to arrive early to ground into the space, open your body through light movement/stretching.
