About the event
Experience the calming vibrations of crystal bowls and gentle energy healing. Allow yourself time to go inward, creating space to connect with the inner temple of your own heart. Together, we hold sacred space for renewal, peace, and connection.
This community healing experience includes a short education on the healing effects of sound followed by a 45-minute sound meditation with optional Healing Touch, a gentle energy therapy. Come as you are and leave feeling centered, grounded and renewed.
